Ingredients For homemade ranch chex mix

  • 9 c
    combination of corn chex, rice chex and wheat chex
  • 2 c
    bite-size pretzels
  • 2 c
    reduced-fat bite-size cheese crackers
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1
    1 oz pkg, dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 c
    reduced-fat, grated parmesan cheese.

How To Make homemade ranch chex mix

    In lg microwaveable bowl, stir together butter, cereal, pretzels, and crackers until evenly coated. Stir in dressing and parmesan cheese. Microwave on high for 3 mins, stirring often. Spread mix on wax papaer to cool. Store in airtight container.
