This recipe I made for my children when they were young,25 years ago and still make it today. This is so fresh and a better taste than box.

Ingredients For homemade graham crackers

1/2 cflour
-
1 1/4 cwhole wheat flour,or graham flour

1/2 cwhole wheat flour

1 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspcinnamon

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 cbutter cut into slices

1/2 choney
-
1/4 cmaple syrup
-
1 tspvanilla
How To Make homemade graham crackers

1Mix together flours,baking soda,baking powder,cinnamon,salt. Cut in butter.

2Mix till it resembles course meal.

3Mix honey,maple syrup and vanilla.

4Blend liquid ingredients with dry ingredients and mix till you form a ball.

5Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

6Take half of dough and roll out on floured surface. Roll out 1/8 inch thick .Cut with a pizza cutter or knife 2 inches wide and 4 inches long. Can make them any size you want.

7Transfer to greased cookie sheet.Space apart one inch.

8Do same for other half of dough.

9Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until firm.
