I make this every New Years Eve to serve with crackers. It is simple, 3 ingredients and I always get compliments. Is one of those dips that people like to munch on with a cocktail. This is the consistency of a cheeseball more than a dip.

Ingredients For green olive dip

28 oz cream cheese at room temperature

1 jarstuffed green olives (chopped) drained, reserve 1 tablespoon liquid

1/2 smonion, diced fine

1In a large bowl combine all ingredients including reserved liquid, with an electric mixer

2Store in a covered dish in refrigerator until serving time
