I was hungry and wanted chicken salad, but not the same as usual. We like anything spicy and this is the recipe. Can be eaten on crackers or as a sandwich, or stuffed in an avocado!

Ingredients For chipotle chicken salad

1 cancooked chicken breast

1 stalkcelery, chopped

1small jalapeno pepper, sliced thin

2 Tbspchopped green onion

1/2 tsplime juice

2 tspmrs. dash southwest chipotle seasoning

2 tspyour favorite salsa

2 sprigcilantro, fresh, just leaves
How To Make chipotle chicken salad

1Drain a 10oz can of chicken breast, save broth for another use.

2Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix just breaking up chicken to small pieces for sandwiches or even smaller for crackers.

3Use cilantro leaves as a garnish or chop and add to salad.

4If you like jalapeños but not the intense heat, clean and discard ribs and seeds. Use gloves when working with hot peppers.
