16 ozcream cheese, room temperature

4 ozblue cheese

1/2 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cpecans, in pieces

1/2 cparsley, fresh is best

1 tspworcestershire sauce

1small onion, mashed
-
1 clovegarlic, mashed
-
1 tspcayenne pepper
How To Make aunt page's cheese logs

1Mix nuts and parsley; reserving 1/2

2Mix all ingredients thoroughly using a food processor.

3Roll into two balls, coating them with the nut and parsley mixture.
