My Aunt Page made this recipe for Thanksgiving, and my teenage son loved it. It has a little bite to that makes it a little different.

Ingredients For aunt page's cheese logs

  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 oz
    blue cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 1/2 c
    parsley, fresh is best
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1
    small onion, mashed
  • 1 clove
    garlic, mashed
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper

How To Make aunt page's cheese logs

    Mix nuts and parsley; reserving 1/2
  • 2
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly using a food processor.

    Roll into two balls, coating them with the nut and parsley mixture.
