This is a fave at all parties. I serve it up in a nice bread bowl, surrounded with the chunks of bread leftover from the bowl and with some tasty sesame and wheat crackers! The Asiago cheese totally makes this dip a winner! You can serve this chilled or warm, it's a matter of preference. I have included directions for both.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Crave spinach artichoke dip but don't feel like going out to eat. Then, this restaurant-quality version is for you. It's creamy and full of flavor from the cream cheese, Asiago cheese, and Parmesan. There are plenty of artichokes in every bite. Thanks to the horseradish, there's a bit of a bite to the dip. A great game day appetizer.

How To Make asiago spinach and artichoke dip for game day

Test Kitchen Tips
This calls for a lot of horseradish. Start small and add more to taste. We tried this both ways, and it was tasty but even better when warm.
  • Cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, sour cream, and horseradish in a bowl.
    1
Mix the first five ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  • Remaining ingredients mixed into the bowl.
    2
Add remaining ingredients and mix all together well. Season with salt and pepper and garlic powder. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if you like a bit of heat. (I like to make this the day before the party and refrigerate so the flavors have time to combine.)
  • Dip poured into a dish and baking in the oven.
    3
For a hot version: Pour into a 9 x 9 baking dish and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Serve warm.
  • Spooning the Asiago Spinach and Artichoke Dip for Game Day.
    4
Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, pita chips, and/or in a bread bowl.
