zucchini chips
This is a healthy snack that will lower your blood pressure, boost your metabolism, and decrease your appetite. Cut out the salt or use a sodium substitute and make it low sodium heart healthy snack. I tried dehydrating these first instead of baking. That was a complete failure. Use the coconut oil, trust me.

Ingredients For zucchini chips

1 mediumzucchini or summer squash

1 Tbsolive or refined coconut oil

To Tastetellicherry black pepper & sea salt

To Tastepaprika (smoked, hot, or sweet)
How To Make zucchini chips

1Preheat oven to 450. Slice Zucchini very very thin, either by hand or on a mandolin slicer. Leave the peel on!!

2Toss in either refined coco nut oil or olive oil to coat.

3Sprinkle with pepper, salt and paprika.

4Lay in single layer on a large baking sheet, and bake at 450 for 25-30 min
