Ingredients For zucchini chips

2 21/2 csliced zucchini (about 2 small)

1/4 cground almonds

1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

1/4 tspseasoned salt

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/8 tspblack pepper
-
2 Tbspwhole milk, or almond milk
How To Make zucchini chips

1Preheat oven to 425.

2Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Place milk in a shallow bowl. Dip zucchini slices in milk, and then coat in dry mixture. Place coated slices on an oven proof wire rack coated with cooking spray; place rack on a baking sheet.

3Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until browned and crisp. Serve immediately.
