How To Make sweet potato crisps

1Preheat the oven to 200C/390F.

2Slice the potato as thin as possible using a mandolin or sharp knife.

3Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper then sprinkle with cinnamon and apple cider vinegar.

4Cook for 45 minutes then turn the crisps over and bake for a further 30 minutes.
