I had a wheel of 3 alarm spicy Colby Jack cheese. I have never had a problem eating hot things before but it has been a long time evidently. It was two hot for me and my husband! Whew! I thought I would have to throw out the expensive wheel of cheese. I was sitting thinking about the Superbowl when I came up with something.
