seasoned butter pita chips
(5 ratings)
These chips are tasty and easy to make. I used whole wheat pita bread rounds and freshly grated parmesan. I left off the seasoning but you could use just about anything you like to flavor these chips. Very good and a nice change from the usual corn or potato chip.

3Place pita wedges onto 2 (15x10x1-inch) jelly-roll pans in single layer. Bake 5 minutes. Turn each wedge over. Continue baking for 2 minutes or until wedges are golden brown and crisp. Serve warm or at room temperature. Note: baking time may vary. Watch chips carefully to determine how crisp or chewy you prefer the chips.
