Ingredients For radish chips w/truffle oil & parmesan

2-3 bagsradishes, thinly sliced

2 ozparmesan cheese, shaved
-
2-3 Tbspblack truffle oil (or evoo)

1 Tbspeverglades seasoning (or fav seaonong salt))

**chopped italian parsley for garnish**

**enough oil to deep fry**
How To Make radish chips w/truffle oil & parmesan

1get ingredients together

2slice radishes very thin

3heat deep fryer to 350 degrees. fry until golden brown. remove from oil and put on paper towels to drain. fry in batches

4in a mixing bowl toss chips with truffle oil and everglades. Garnish with cheese and parsley
