Ingredients For "nachos ole" appetizers --cheese & jalapeno s

  • 1-1/2 c
    canned re-fried beans
  • 1-1/2 c
    ..(6oz,) shredded monterway jack cheese
  • 1-1/2 c
    ..(6 oz.) cheddar cheese
  • 6
    dozen..corn tortilla chips
  • 1 lg
    tomato, seeded,and chopped
  • 1/2 c
    thinly slicced canned jalapenos peppers

How To Make "nachos ole" appetizers --cheese & jalapeno s

    Warm refried beans in a small skillet over low heat set aside. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine cheese in a small bowl, set aside. Spread 1 teaspoon beans on each chip. Arrange chips on a single layer with edges slightly over lapping,on 2-3 baking sheets. Sprinkle chips loosly with tomatoes and jalapenos, now sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake 5-8 minutes..till cheeses are bubbly and melted. Serve immediately.
