Yeah I know whatcha saying......Microwave Potato Chips? But I swear you will love these easy chips and end up making them for your family and friends.

Ingredients For microwave potato chips

3 mdred potatoes

1/4 colive oil
-
1 tspsalt

curry powder
How To Make microwave potato chips

1Layer three paper towels on microwave safe plate;set aside.

2Scrub potatoes and cut into 1/16 inch thick slices. Brush slices on both sides with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with salt and curry. Arrange on prepared plate (do not overlap)

3Microwave on high for 3 minutes; turn and microwave 2-3 minutes longer or until chips are dry and brittle. Repeat with remaining potatoes,oil and seasonings. Let chips cool for at leas 1 minute before serving. Store in an airtight container.
