Ingredients For guacamole with chips

1 mdripe avocado

1 ccottage cheese, lowfat

1 Tbsplime juice

1 tspchives, chopped

1/4 tspred pepper flakes

7 ozpkg. corn tortillas

2 tspcorn oil
-
small head leaf lettuce
-
assorted raw vegetables
How To Make guacamole with chips

1Halve and peel avocado and cut into chunks. Place in a blender with cottage cheese, lime juice, chives, and red pepper flakes. Blend to desired consistency. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

2Just before serving, preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brush tortillas lightly with oil. Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 5-6 minutes or until browned and crisp.

3Line a serving bowl with lettuce leaves and mound the guacamole on top. Serve with tortilla chips and raw vegetables.
