denise's buffalo chicken dip
I've had lots of Buffalo chicken dip recipes and there isn't a Buffalo chicken I haven't met and loved. However, there are a lot of variations of this particular dip and I created the one I liked the most. It's delicious and easy. I prefer this to the "layered" types and prefer all the ingredients together for each wonderful bite!
Blue Ribbon Recipe
This simple dip is packed full of all the flavors you expect from Buffalo chicken. We picked up a pre-cooked chicken from the deli which made preparation a breeze. Just mixed everything together and baked - easy peasy. The hot sauce really soaks into the chicken, but the cream cheese and ranch tone down the spiciness (it wasn't overly spicy for our taste buds). We served this with corn chips but scooping with celery would be tasty too.
