Few things beat a good dip. This cream cheese and Rotel tomatoes dip is simply delish. You don't see sausage in too many Mexican dips, but the sausage adds some great flavor to this slow cooker appetizer recipe. Thank you Better Recipes.

Ingredients For cream cheese & rotel tomatoes dip

  • 11 or 12 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 can
    diced rotel tomatoes, drained thoroughly
  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground sausage
  • chips, for dipping

How To Make cream cheese & rotel tomatoes dip

    Mix cream cheese and drained Rotel Tomatoes together in crock pot. Brown sausage and crumble. Drain off grease. Stir in crock pot with the cream cheese and Rotel Tomatoes. Heat thoroughly, stirring frequently. Serve with favorite dipping chip.
