Ingredients For crab rangoon dip-- teresa's

1/2 clight mayo

8 ozneufchatel cream cheese, room temp.

1 cshredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cshredded monterey jack cheese

6 ozcan fancy white crabmeat, drained

1/4 cdiced sweet onion

1 cloveminced garlic
-
dashcayenne pepper
-
dashold bay seasoning

1/4 cpanko bread crumbs
How To Make crab rangoon dip-- teresa's

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine light mayo, neufchatel, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, drained crab meat, onion, garlic and seasonings. Spread into a 9 inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle with Panko crumbs. Bake @ 350 for about 15 minutes. Serve with baked won tons or crackers.
