We love tomato everything but can't stand the chunks, so I run most of the ingredients through the food processor. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients For corn & black bean salsa

  • 1
    md onion, diced
  • 1
    md green pepper, diced
  • 1 large can
    diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 c
    fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    minced garlic (fresh or jarred)
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper (ground)
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 1 can
    black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can
    yellow corn, drained (niblets)

How To Make corn & black bean salsa

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients except the corn and black beans into food processor.

    Chop to desired consistency.

    Stir in corn and beans.

    Serve room temperature or chilled.
