Ingredients For corn & black bean salsa

1md onion, diced

1md green pepper, diced

1 large candiced tomatoes

1/2 cfresh cilantro

1 tspsalt

1/2 Tbspminced garlic (fresh or jarred)

1 Tbsplime juice

1 tspground black pepper

1 tspcayenne pepper (ground)

1/2 Tbspcrushed red pepper

1 canblack beans, rinsed and drained

1 canyellow corn, drained (niblets)
How To Make corn & black bean salsa

1Combine all ingredients except the corn and black beans into food processor.

2Chop to desired consistency.

3Stir in corn and beans.

4Serve room temperature or chilled.
