This dip is a great addition for superbowl parties, get togethers or just for something different. This recipe has been such a hit I have been told many times that I have to make it all the time for work parties and family gatherings.

Ingredients For chili cheese dip

  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 can
    turkey or beef chili with or without beans - warmed
  • 1 pkg
    colby cheese - shredded
  • 1 bag
    tostitos corn chips ( i use the scoops)

How To Make chili cheese dip

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9x13 baking pan spread your cream cheese evenly along the bottom of the pan. Warm chili just to bubbling.. Note - I use 1 - can but if you would like more meat, add more chili. Top with shredded Colby Cheese. Bake in oven until cheese is melted and chili is bubbling around the edges about 15 minutes or less. Serve straight from the pan while its still hot!
