I was in a Cardiac Nutrition Class this bean dip is heart smart and was made one day by a young lady who was teaching the class to eat right.She gave us the recipe.My husband and I really liked it so much, I want to share this with all of you.

Ingredients For bean dip

1can 15oz. black beans ( drianed)

1/2 cupsalas ( the one you like)

1/2 cupplain fat free yogurt

1/4 tsp.cumin

2 Tbsp.chopped fresh cilantro
How To Make bean dip

1Preparation: Place black beans and salsa in a blender and puree until smooth.Spoon dip into a bowl. Stir in yogurt, cumin and cilantro.Ready to eat!

2This simple, fat free appetizer works well with fat free sour cream, too. Serve with baked chips or cut veggies.
