Smooth Cheddar Fondue

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups beef broth ((beer or wine can also be used))
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons lemon juice ((this will help the cheese to not separate, you won't taste it))
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1-2 cloves garlic (crushed)
2 teaspoon ground dry mustard ((mustard powder))
3 tablespoon cornstarch
6 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded or cubed)
4 wedges laughing cow cheese (original, creamy Swiss)
