⅓ cup / 65ml neutral oil (we use rice bran oil)
¼ cup fresh curry leaves (loosely packed)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1½ tablespoons curry powder
¼ teaspoon chilli powder (or to taste)
Coconut yoghurt
Coriander / cilantro, leaves and stems finely chopped
Red chilli, finely sliced
