INGREDIENTS

2 to 3 slices white bread, torn into small pieces

2 TBSP dried onion
•
1/2 cup 2% milk
•
1 1/2 to 2 pounds lean ground beef sirloin (90/10) (I used Certified Angus Beef ® brand)
•
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
•
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt
•
1/2 tsp. black pepper
•
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
•
1 large egg, slightly beaten
•
1 TBSP olive oil, for browning
•
1 cup sliced onion (about 1 medium onion sliced)
•
1 - 12oz. jar of prepared beef gravy
•
1 - 10 1/2 oz. can of condensed cream of mushroom soup (I used low fat)
•
1/2 tsp. instant coffee granules (optional, but so good!)
