1 pound ground beef (or Italian sausage), browned and drained

1 small onion, chopped
•
1 cup matchstick carrots (or 1 cup finely diced carrots)
•
28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
•
15 ounce can tomato sauce
•
15 ounce can kidney beans, drained
•
15 ounce can navy or Cannelloni or navy beans, drained
•
15 ounce can beef stock
•
2 tablespoons italian seasoning
•
1 tablespoon dried parsley
•
1 cup water
•
1 cup dried pasta, I'm using little rings.
