Slow Cooker Chicken Stew - Southern Bite

INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken OR 2 (10-ounce) cans cooked chicken, drained
1 (14.5-ounce) can chicken broth
2 (11-ounce) cans of shoepeg corn, drained
2 (15-ounce) can Northern beans
2 (10-ounce) cans tomatoes with green chiles (like Rotel)
1 (10.25-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16-ounce) package Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
