Slow Cooker Beef Stew
INGREDIENTS
•
2 lbs raw lean trimmed round beef roast, cut into 1” cubes
•
1/4 cup flour
•
1 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
•
2 garlic cloves, minced
•
1 small onion, diced
•
3 (7-8 oz ea) potatoes, cubed (mine came out to be 22 oz total)
•
4 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
•
1 teaspoon paprika
•
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
•
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
•
1 bay leaf
•
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
•
1 1/2 cups fat free beef broth
