1/8 teaspoon sea salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

3 1/2 cups broccoli florets

1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos for Paleo or Keto)

1 cup low sodium beef broth
•
2 tablespoons oyster sauce (can also use vegetarian oyster sauce as needed)

2-3 tablespoons honey (brown sugar, coconut sugar or 2 drops of Stevia for paleo or low carb as needed)

1 teaspoons sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced
•
1/2 teaspoon minced or grated fresh ginger

1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper chili flake or Sriracha, optional

2 1/2 tablesoons cornstarch plus 3 tablespoons water (arrowroot starch for paleo)
