1/2 cup Dijon mustard

1/2 cup Old Fashioned Coarse Grain Dijon mustard

1/4 cup bourbon

2 Tbsps cider vinegar

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 large yellow onion, diced

1 Tbsp minced garlic, about 3 med cloves

1/4 cup Dijon mustard
