1⁄3 cup heavy cream

1 1⁄2-2 tablespoons lemon vinegar
•
1 cup dry white wine
•
1⁄4 cup lemon juice (to taste)
•
2 tablespoons capers, drained and chopped
•
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
