1 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
6 ounces tomato paste
14 ounces coconut milk
1/2 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
4 tablespoons heavy cream
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 jalapeno seeded
1 green bell pepper cut roughly into 1" pieces
1/4 cup cilantro diced
1 cup cooked white rice
