Ingredients For zucchini, squash, tomato tart

    zucchini
  • 1
    squash
  • 2
    tomatoes
  • 1 sm
    red onion
  • 1 can
    refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 c
    feta cheese or cheese of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp
    white truffle oil
  • salt/pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil

How To Make zucchini, squash, tomato tart

  • 1
    Spray a oven friendly plate or cookie sheet...flatten the biscuits and line the bottom.

    slice zucchini, squash, tomatoes, onions same thickness..place evenly on top of the lined flattened biscuits.

    drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper
  • 4
    bake 350 degrees for 15 mins...add cheese and bake another 10 mins or until golden brown and cheese is melted and veggies are tender.
