So Tasty and so Easy. Nothing like bacon and Onions together, with this Garden Zuchini sauting in the pan, . . oooh . . the Smell of wonderful flavors. I never Like Zucchini, no matter how anyone served it, Just was Bland and tasteless, until I had this served with Bacon N Onions, then I instantly developed a taste for it. I Love this Now. So For any one Whom never enjoyed Zuchini before, You got to try this. . .Version.

Ingredients For zucchini saute just the way we like it by freda

  • ZUCHINI WITH BACON AND ONIONS SAUTED
  • 1 lb
    zuchini cleaned and brushed
  • 2 TBS
    butter ( everythings better with butter) :)
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 slices
    thick sliced bacon, cut in 1/4 in pcs.
  • 3 Tbs
    chopped parsley ( optional)

How To Make zucchini saute just the way we like it by freda

    Scrub and clean zuchini under running water. Trim off the ends. Cut into 1/8" thin slices.

    In Skillet over Med Heat. Add: Bacon cut up, toss well to Brown.

    ADD: Butter to melt ADD: Onions, cook for 5 min, or till softened.
  • The Seasoning of the Bacon and the Onion makes this summer time Garden treat Well worth the time to make.

    Add: Zuchini, Thinly sliced to the bacon and onion Cover and cook 5 Min. Season, Add: salt and peper to taste. top with Parsley, Toss well and Serve Hot. ENJOY
