Ingredients For crustless zucchini quiche

  • 3 c
    chopped zucchini
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
  • 1/2 c
    grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    Bisquick
  • 4 lg
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil

How To Make crustless zucchini quiche

  • Ingredients added to a bowl and being mixed by hand.

    Mix Bisquick, zucchini, oil, eggs, onion, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl, until it looks like thick batter. Mix by hand. Do not beat.
  • Mixture poured into a greased pie plate.
