1/2 cshredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)

1 cBisquick

4 lgeggs, slightly beaten

1 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

1 tspgarlic powder

1/2 cvegetable oil
How To Make crustless zucchini quiche

1Mix Bisquick, zucchini, oil, eggs, onion, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl, until it looks like thick batter. Mix by hand. Do not beat.

2Pour into a greased pie plate.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
