4 czucchini squash, sliced in circles

1/2 conion, chopped

1/4 csalad oil

1egg
-
1 cevaporated milk
-
1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

1 slicewhite bread, broken up

1 ccheddar cheese,grated
How To Make zucchini & cheese casserole
-
1Cook squash and onion in oil until tender. Beat egg and add with the evaporated milk, salt, pepper and bread. Alternate layers of squash, cheese and milk mixture in a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350^ for 45 minutes.
