Ingredients For zucchini appetizers

3 cthinly-sliced unpared zucchini (or it can be grated if you want to take the extra time and you have people who think they dont like zucchini)

1 cbaking mix (i use heart healthy bisquick)

1/2 cfinely-chopped onion (again can be grated)

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
2 Tbspchopped fresh parsley
-
1/2 tspsalt and pepper
-
1/2 tspdried marjoram or oregano leaves
-
1 clovegarlic minced
-
1/2 colive oil, extra virgin

4 lgeggs, slightly beaten
How To Make zucchini appetizers

1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13 by 9 by 2 inches.

2Stir together all ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown.

3Cut into 2-inch squares; cut squares diagonally in half into triangles.
