Ingredients For zucchini and corn saute

  • 1 md
    zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 md
    green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 md
    red sweet pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 c
    fresh or frozen corn
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
    dried italian seasoning (or more to taste)

How To Make zucchini and corn saute

    In a skillet, sauté zucchini and peppers in oil until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients; sauté 3-4 minutes longer or until the corn is tender.
