Ingredients For zucchini and bisquick squares

4eggs beaten

3 cthinly chopped zucchini, unpeeled

1 cbisquick

1/2 conions, finely chopped

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese

2 Tbspfresh parsley copped

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsporegano, dried

1 dashfresh ground black pepper

1 clovefinely chopped garlic

How To Make zucchini and bisquick squares

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Grease 9x13 baking pan

3In large bowl, mix all ingredients together. If the batter is too thick add a little water. Pour into prepared baking pan. Bake 25 minutes or until top is golden in color. You may also use mini cupcake pans to make these as appetizers.
