My granddaughter fixed our corn before with cream Cheese, then I added the onion, and the salsa. It turned out fabulous and there was no left overs. I do hope you will give this a try at least once.

    cream cheese {8 oz}
  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 can
    whole corn {16oz drained}
  • 1 md
    onion chopped
  • 1 jar
    taco sauce or salsa, your choice, mild, medium, or hot

    In large skillet on stovetop, Brown hamburger And onions. Add Chopped Cream chesse; until it melts; Add corn and taco sauce or salsa. Simmer on low for five minutes. Serve with bakes tortilla chips.
