4 lgears of corn

4 Tbspbutter or margarine

1/2 csour cream

1/4 cwhipping cream

1/2 cshredded Parmesan cheese

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste

2 tspfresh basil
How To Make yummy corn

1Remove corn from the cob.

2Melt butter or margarine over medium heat.

3Add corn and cook until just tender.

4Add sour cream and whipping cream.

5Stir and continue cooking until corn is tender. Cooking time will vary according to the corn getting tender.

6Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

7Remove from heat and sprinkle top with basil.
