Ingredients For yummy corn

  • 4 lg
    ears of corn
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    whipping cream
  • 1/2 c
    shredded Parmesan cheese
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp
    fresh basil

How To Make yummy corn

  • Remove kernels from the cobs of corn.

    Remove corn from the cob.
  • Melt butter (or margarine).

    Melt butter or margarine over medium heat.
  • Add corn.

    Add corn and cook until just tender.
  • Add sour cream and whipping cream.

  • Stir and cook until corn is tender.

    Stir and continue cooking until corn is tender. Cooking time will vary according to the corn getting tender.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
