How To Make yes it's cauliflower
-
1Chop up a head of cauliflower or just as much as you want for a smaller serving.
-
2Sprinkle olive oil across a baking pan. Dump chopped cauliflower onto pan. Sprinkle olive oil lightly over. Sprinkle sea salt over then pepper, and I like to add alittle garlic salt or powder. Go easy if you do garlic salt remember you just added sea salt. You don't want it too salty.

3Heat oven to 350. Bake for 20-24 minutes. You want it lightly brown and crunchy. Serve hot. It's wonderful. And so good for you.
