    butter
  • 4
    yellow squashes, sliced
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 4 oz
    green chiles, diced
  • sea salt to taste
  • pinch
    pepper
  • cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make yellow squash casserole

    In a skillet, melt margarine over medium heat; saute squash and onion until crisp-tender.

    Remove from the heat; stir in chiles, crackers, and salt and pepper.

    Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
