4 ozgreen chiles, diced

How To Make yellow squash casserole

1In a skillet, melt margarine over medium heat; saute squash and onion until crisp-tender.

2Remove from the heat; stir in chiles, crackers, and salt and pepper.

3Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

4Top with cheese.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
