Ingredients For yellow squash casserole

3 ccut up yellow squash (in medallions)

1 ctorn up old potato bread
-
2eggs
-
1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 tspsalt

3/4 cmilk
How To Make yellow squash casserole

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Clean, slice and arrange yellow squash in a sprayed (PAM) or greased 9 X 12 glass pan

3Mix potato bread with brown sugar and sprinkle over entire dish

4Whip eggs and milk together and pour over squash and bread/sugar mix

5Cook in 350 oven for 1 hour or until top is browned slightly and eggs are cooked (no sloshing around - it should be firm)

6serve when done, freezer store extras in zip lock baggy for freezer. Reheat as needed in microwave.
