Ingredients For whole roasted cauliflower in air crisp instant pot

1/2 cwater
-
1 mdhead cauliflower leaves removed

1/4 colive oil
-
4 clovegarlic minced
-
2 Tbspdrained capers
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese
-
salt and pepper
-
fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make whole roasted cauliflower in air crisp instant pot

1Place water and cook & crisp plate in pot

2With a knife cut an X into the head of the cauliflower about half way down. Place pressure lid and select pressure low and select 4 minutes.

3In a small bowl add the olive oil, garlic and capers. When pressure is done use quick release and carefully remove the lid

4Brush the olive oil mixture over the cauliflower and Sprinkle on the parmesan. Select air crisp temp. 390 and set time for 10 minutes.

5When cauliflower is done place on platter and garnish with parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper
