found this in a womans world magazine, they looked good and thought I'd share. they are 2 points a serving, which is this whole recipe.

Ingredients For weight watcher onion rings

1large onion, peeled, sliced 1/2 inch slices

1/2 cfiber one bran cereal, original flavor

salt and spices to taste

1/4 cliquid egg substitute
How To Make weight watcher onion rings

1preheat oven to 375

2put cereal in food processor and grind to crumbs, add seasonings.

3one by one coat each ring, first with egg, then cereal mixture

4evenly place on non-stick cooking sheet and bake 20 - 25 minutes flipping rings halfway thru cooking time.
