Ingredients For very veggie casserole

½ c(about 12) triscuit crackers, crushed

1 Tbspbutter, melted

1 pkg(16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, red pepper, and carrots or cauliflower), thawed and drained

1 can(8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained

½ csour cream
-
½ cshredded mild cheddar cheese

1/3 cchopped onions
How To Make very veggie casserole

1Mix cracker crumbs and butter until completely blended.

2Combine remaining ingredients in a 1-qt. casserole and top with remaining crumb mixture.

3Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 35-40 minutes or until heated.
