Ingredients For veggie stir fry

  • 1/4 c
    shallots chopped
  • 1/4 c
    rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 10 oz
    broccolini chopped
  • 2 lg
    portobello mushrooms gills scrapped out and chopped
  • 4
    scallons chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger minced
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced

How To Make veggie stir fry

    In a small bowl whisk the shallots, vinegar, oyster sauce, and 2 tbsp of Olivce oil togehter. Set aside.

    In a large skillet or wok add the remaining tbsp of Olive oil. Add the broccolini and stir fry 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook about 1 minute.

    Add the scallions, ginger and garlic and stir in the vinegar mixture. Cook until broccolini is tender and mushrooms browned.
