Ingredients For veggie stir fry

1/4 cshallots chopped

1/4 crice vinegar

2 Tbspoyster sauce

3 Tbspolive oil

10 ozbroccolini chopped

2 lgportobello mushrooms gills scrapped out and chopped

4scallons chopped

1 Tbspginger minced

4 clovegarlic minced
How To Make veggie stir fry

1In a small bowl whisk the shallots, vinegar, oyster sauce, and 2 tbsp of Olivce oil togehter. Set aside.

2In a large skillet or wok add the remaining tbsp of Olive oil. Add the broccolini and stir fry 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook about 1 minute.

3Add the scallions, ginger and garlic and stir in the vinegar mixture. Cook until broccolini is tender and mushrooms browned.
