Ingredients For veggie quiche

8eggs, separated

8 ozplain lowfat yogurt

4 ozswiss cheese, diced
-
1 cvegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, etc.)

1 smonion
-
1 dashpepper
-
herbs of your choice
How To Make veggie quiche

1Whip whites until stiff but not dry.

2Put aside.

3Mix yogurt, yolks, and cheese.

4Put aside.

5In large skillet saute onion, vegetables and herbs.

6Add cheese mixture.

7Fold in whites delicately.

8Place in piecrust pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
