Ingredients For veggie pie

1 smonion, chopped
-
1stalk celery, diced
-
1 pkgfrozen vegetables (broccoli, red pepper, cauliflower, etc.)

1 1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
-
3/4 cbisquick baking mix
-
1 1/2 cmilk
-
3eggs
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
How To Make veggie pie

1Place the frozen vegetables in a greased round casserole dish. Pat dry with paper towels. Add onion, celery and cheese.

2In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth. Pour over vegetble mixture.

3Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the halfway point comes out clean.
