2 cfresh broccoli florets

1/3 conion, diced

1/3 cgreen pepper, diced

1 cmilk

1/2 cbisquick
-
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

2eggs

salt & pepper to taste
How To Make veggie pie (crustless quiche)

1Cook broccoli in 1 inch salted boiling water in a skillet for about 5 minutes.

2Mix broccoli with onion and pepper and put in 9" pie plate.

3Combine milk, cheese, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper and pour over veggies.

4Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35-45 minutes until set and cheese is golden brown.
